We at Marketing.MBA are looking for a Full-Time Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. You will make an ideal candidate if you are focused and driven, eager to learn, love to think outside the box, work hard and thrive in an ambiguous environment. As an Operations Manager for Marketing.MBA, you will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Yearly salary starting from €48,000.00 (based on experience level)- full time & remote

  • Track, measure, evaluate, and report on progress toward achieving targets while adjusting the strategy and escalating concerns as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Professional Development, to develop monthly strategies, quarterly plans, and annual plans for clients
  • Making sure all systems are operational and working fully
  • Recommend solutions for operational challenges by working collaboratively with the other operational departments
  • Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with the Marketing.MBA Operations Team to improve all systems and processes that drive the success of the business
  • Use financial, marketing, and human resources data to help the business make critical decisions that impact operations
  • Drive revenue and profit growth through coaching and strategy that are in alignment with our professional, and financial goals

Job requirements

  • Demonstration of an understanding of all aspects of our company's business (revenue, profitability, profit margin, and primary initiatives for the quarter)
  • Native or Fluent German speaker (C1 or C2)
  • Ability to be detail oriented and accurate in developing business reviews and strategic plans for the client
  • Possession of an understanding of intermediate financial concepts and how to leverage them in order to create strategies
  • Consideration of the business’s priorities when making decisions or analyzing the costs and benefits of various alternative solutions
  • Committed, responsible and interested in the big idea. Not looking for a job but for a career with us
  • Strong efficient communication skill 
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality as it relates to all business and client information
  • Ability to be detail oriented and accurate in developing business reviews and strategic plans for the client


  • At least 2 years of work experience managing or influencing business operations in a broad-based capacity within a results-driven environment
  • Experience working with tech and software programs f.e. in tech sector, startups
  • You worked at least at 3 different companies where you could collect different perspectives on processes
  • Substantial experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), Project Management Tool (Jira, Asana, etc) and G suite (Google programs)
