Videographer / Filmmaker (m/f/d) - German speaking

Marketing.MBA is looking for a German-speaking Videographer/Filmmaker (m/f/d) to join our team. You will make an ideal candidate if you are focused and driven, eager to learn, love to think outside the box, work hard and thrive in an ambiguous environment.  As a Videographer/Filmmaker, you will be responsible to film videos on set and on location. You will have the opportunity to work with creative teams and editing footage and sounds after recording.

Salary starting at €5000 (based on experience level) - full-time/part-time & remote

Responsibilities:

• Filming company events, such as workshops, aftermovies, podcasts, and courses (online and live).
• Documentation of campaigns.
• Filming and assembling footage for ads and Instagram reels.
• Taking care of the company's technical stuff and cameras.
• Assembling raw footage, structuring, and transferring or uploading to a computer.
• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
• Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches the vision.
• Follow the company's and client's brand guidelines.
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.

• Speak Fluent German is required.
• Skills in filming and experience in filming and video creation
• Familiar with Gimbals and other stabilizers.
• Up to date with gear. 
• The technical ability for cameras, especially Sony Line.
• Technical knowledge of sounds.
•  Experience working with sounds.
• Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut, Avid Media Composer and Premier
• 1-2 years of work experience in the video/film industry.
• Creative and artistic skills.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule and make deadlines.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
• Excellent keen eye for details and aesthetics.
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
