USoftware/ Marketing.MBA seeks a passionate and committed Director of Growth Marketing for USoftware, as part of the Creator Group.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join our rapidly growing IT business. The intention is to transition into a CMO in 1.5-2 years based on the results of cooperation.
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, drive customer acquisition and retention, and strengthen our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the IT industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of development and successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns with hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate an overarching global marketing strategy that combines various lead generation sources such as SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, events, referrals, LinkedIn campaigns, and more.
Implementation and Execution: Oversee and ensure the successful execution of each lead generation strategy. This includes establishing timelines, setting targets, and ensuring all team members understand their responsibilities. Hands-on experience is crucial here.
Content Creation and Management: Develop a content strategy to fuel these lead generation strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email content, social media content, etc.
Building Relationships: Cultivate partnerships and alliances for referral marketing. Also, build and maintain relationships with customers for testimonials and case studies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Implement a robust analytics system to track the effectiveness of each lead generation source. Use this data to regularly report to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.
Event Management: Plan and execute events (online and offline) as part of the lead generation strategy. This includes participation in third-party events or arranging co-branded ones.
Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocate resources to different strategies based on their performance and potential for success.
Brand Building: Ensure all lead generation efforts are consistent with the company's brand image and messaging.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update strategies based on their performance, changing market conditions, or new opportunities.
Accountability: Track daily lead indicators and own the results of all marketing team.
Job requirements
Requirements:
English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, native or C1 level.
7+ years of B2B growth marketing experience in IT/SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership/director role.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus; graduating only from a reputable institution.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
In-depth knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, terminologies and competitive landscape.
Experience in working with different geographical regions (USA, EU, EMEA), and running strategic initiatives across the regions/countries.
Experience working with partnerships, managing vendors, track record of successful cases.
Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital marketing platforms, marketing automation systems, CRM software, and analytics tools, especially Jira and Pipedrive.
Strong command of performance marketing, demand gen, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with CMS (WordPress), CRM (Salesforce), and social media platforms.
Budget management and strategic resource allocation experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Certifications (PMP, Google, HubSpot) are a plus.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability with new approaches.
Remote candidates are welcome, but a minimum 4-hour daily overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) is required.
