We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing leader who will combine strategic oversight with hands-on copywriting execution. You will lead the marketing team while being the sole copywriter responsible for all messaging across campaigns, ensuring every word drives engagement and conversions.

Role Overview

As Head of Growth Online Marketing & Sole Copywriter, you will:

• Define and execute the company’s full-funnel marketing strategy.

• Lead a small team of marketing specialists (media buying, funnel building).

• Take full ownership of all copywriting: emails, ads, landing pages, social content, blog content, and product messaging.

• Serve as the strategic and executional voice behind Pressmaster.ai’s marketing campaigns.
  

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both leadership and execution, with a proven ability to craft persuasive, conversion-focused messaging while driving marketing growth.

Primary Focus

• Lead growth-driven marketing strategy across paid, organic, and email channels.

• Be the sole copywriting engine, crafting all marketing and product messaging.

• Manage marketing specialists to execute campaigns efficiently while maintaining alignment with the copy-driven strategy.
  

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

• Define marketing objectives, campaigns, and metrics aligned with business growth.

• Lead and coordinate a team of specialists (media buying, funnel builders, designers, etc.) while ensuring the copy drives all campaigns.

• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive and data-driven.

Sole Copywriting Execution

• Craft all copy across channels: email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, ads, product messaging, and blog content.

• Develop high-converting, psychologically compelling copy for the B2B SaaS audience.

• Optimize copy based on performance data, A/B testing, and user feedback.

• Own SEO/SEM copywriting, from metadata and headlines to ad variants and landing pages.

Campaign Strategy & Analysis

• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns with copy at the center of conversion.

• Analyze campaign performance and iterate on messaging for maximum impact.

• Recommend new messaging approaches, storytelling techniques, or channel strategies to drive growth.
  
  

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in direct response copywriting and growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Demonstrable success as the primary copywriter for multi-channel campaigns.

• Native-level English (C2) with the ability to simplify complex SaaS concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.

• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, funnel stages, and conversion optimization.

• Experience managing a small marketing team while executing hands-on campaigns.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, or similar tools.

• Proven track record in full-funnel campaign strategy and copy-driven growth.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• High resilience under tight deadlines and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Relevant certifications (Copyhackers, HubSpot, Google Ads) are a plus.
