As AI Application Engineer - the (Head of AI) right hand, you’ll take full ownership of our LangGraph-based agent system. Starting with legacy code, you’ll transform it into a powerhouse. This is a founding technical partner role—shape the tech, not just code it.

You’ll be a founding member of our internal AI Lab — helping encode decades of strategic marketing knowledge into intelligent, goal-driven agents. This is a unique opportunity to shape not only our technology stack but also the standards and culture of a new category in autonomous marketing.

What you’ll do:

• Build & maintain our core LangGraph agent system (50% of time)—your playground for complex architectures.

• Prompt engineering: Write, optimize, and A/B test prompts (25%)—craft magic with few-shot examples and chain-of-thought.

• Agent evaluation: Develop test frameworks and track quality metrics (15%)—ensure reliability at scale.

• Innovation: Benchmark models, experiment with custom fine-tuning (10%)—push boundaries with cutting-edge tech.
