As a Video Cutter/Editor, you’ll be part of a creative powerhouse and play a key role in shaping the success, visibility, and brand presence of our clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for developing creative concepts across all production phases, including ideas for social media formats and executions.

• Complete understanding of our offers, vision, and values, as well as deep knowledge of the clients’ business and industry.

• Editing and assembling raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos for social media channels, marketing ads, and various content formats such as:

  • Social media shorts (e.g., TikTok and Instagram Reels)

  • Short YouTube clips (and potentially longer YouTube videos!)

  • Attention-grabbing ads

  • Persuasive Video Sales Letters (VSLs)

  • Captivating trailers

  • Engaging aftermovies

  • Informative podcasts
    

• Close collaboration with the marketing team to develop innovative concepts and translate brand messages into compelling visual content.

• Keeping up to date with and implementing marketing trends and best practices for video content across different platforms.

• Efficiently managing multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining high levels of organization and productivity.

• Performing comprehensive quality checks to ensure all videos meet our company’s high standards.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in video editing or production, with an impressive portfolio of creative projects.

• Expert knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

• Deep understanding of color correction, audio editing, and other post-production processes.

• Strong commitment to visual storytelling and creativity in producing shareable, engaging content.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within the marketing and creative teams.

• Fluent German and English language skills.

• Residence in a time zone no more than ±2 hours from EU or UAE time.

• Full commitment to a full-time position.

• Experience and work samples for the formats mentioned above (no corporate image films or documentaries).
  

Bonus points:

• Experience creating marketing videos or talking-head content.

• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
