Role Overview

This role is designed for a true t-shaped marketer: someone who can shape strategy at a high level and execute every detail with speed, precision, and passion.

You will own the entire marketing function—growth strategy, campaign execution, funnel optimization, and every word of customer-facing copy. You’ll move fast, test aggressively, and love getting your hands dirty.

This is a stand-alone, high-autonomy role for someone who can keep the whole machine running without layers, bureaucracy, or hand-offs.

Your Primary Focus

• Build and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, email, and lifecycle marketing, including full ownership of media buying strategy, budget allocation, channel mix, and performance optimization

• Serve as the sole copywriter crafting all ads, emails, landing pages, social posts, and product messaging, while also leading creative strategy across channels to ensure cohesive, high-performing campaigns

• Run experiments, measure performance, optimize messaging and media performance, and double down on what works

• Maintain ownership of all growth initiatives end-to-end—strategy → execution → iteration, spanning media buying, creative direction, and performance optimization

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Execution (T-Shaped)
  -Own acquisition, activation, and retention strategy, including messaging, positioning, funnel design, creative strategy, and media buying (budget, channel mix, optimization)

  -Partner with product, design, and leadership to stay aligned

• Direct Response Copywriting
  -Write and optimize all marketing and product copy (ads, emails, landing pages, social, in-app, SEO/content)
  -Continuously improve messaging using data, testing, and user behavior insights

• Campaign Execution & Optimization
  -Launch and manage full-funnel campaigns across channels
  -Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and iterate quickly across both creative and media buying
  -Own SEO/SEM execution end-to-end

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in direct response copywriting and , performance & growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS

• Proven success as the primary copywriter for multi-channel campaigns

• Native-level English (C2) with exceptional clarity, persuasion, and storytelling

• Deep understanding of B2B funnels, buyer psychology, and CRO

• Hands-on, self-directed operator comfortable owning everything solo

• Strong competence with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, etc.

• Highly organized, analytical, and able to deliver under pressure
