Marketing.MBA is looking for a Setter in Sales - Full Time (m/f/d)

We are seeking a sales representative who brings persuasiveness, expressiveness, and empathy. In the role of a Setter, you take on a crucial function in further interactions with potential customers and carry significant responsibility. With your ability to convey information clearly, you actively shape customer interactions and provide essential support to our team. Your role as a Setter is significant, as you not only influence ongoing communication but also contribute to successful customer retention.


Your responsibilities:


  • Initiate second contacts with customers.
  • Conduct needs analysis discussions with potential customers.
  • Support our strategy consultants in their operational activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to develop sales strategies.
  • Conduct telephone preparation and consultation for our prospects.
  • Plan and prepare appointments for our strategy consultants, including pre- and post-meeting activities.
  • Maintain customer data in our CRM system.



What we offer:


Salary: €3,000 per month (gross) - €36,000 annual salary
