Marketing.MBA is looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team. You are the ideal candidate if you are determined and committed, like to learn, think outside the box, work hard, and feel comfortable in a challenging environment.


In essence, a Sales Representative should embody persuasiveness, articulateness, and empathy. The ability to convey information to customers in an effective manner is crucial. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative who is detail-oriented to become a valuable addition to our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to and advising our existing clients, as well as actively seeking to attract new ones.



Annual salary base: EUR 36,000 - EUR 600,000 (commission-based uncapped compensation) / Full-time

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Customer contact via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Advising our customers regarding their goals.
  • Initiating contact with customers over the phone and generating interest in a consultation appointment.
  • Maintaining customer data in our CRM system.
  • Providing advice and assistance regarding our digital products, coaching, and seminars.
  • No prior knowledge is necessary. You will receive intensive training and learn a proven process that you will apply in your daily work.
