Responsibilities:

  • You will advise and support our clients in the development and implementation of their online marketing strategies.
  • You will identify the specific requirements and goals of our clients and develop customized solutions.
  • You will monitor and analyze ongoing online marketing campaigns to maximize their effectiveness and improve return on investment.
  • You will train our clients in the use of various online marketing tools and platforms to promote their independence and efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor online activity to provide our clients with valuable insights and competitive advantage.
  • You will produce regular reports on the success of online marketing activities and present the results to our clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and challenges related to our clients' online presence and advertising.
  • You collect feedback from our clients about their experience with online marketing activities to make improvements and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with our clients through regular communication, consultation and support.
  • You follow and analyze new trends and developments in online marketing to provide our clients with innovative and effective strategies.


Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of online marketing, ideally focusing on lead generation, funnel creation, customer support, and advice.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing tools, platforms and technologies and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems, including solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs and present solutions.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and the ability to build, maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
  • The ability to analyze data, understand metrics and crunch numbers with spreadsheets, as well as identify trends and make informed decisions to optimize online marketing strategies.
  • The ability to identify complex problems, develop creative solutions and implement them effectively to meet client objectives.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic team environment, share information effectively, collaborate and achieve common goals.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • You can speak excellent German and English.
