Pressmaster.ai  seeks a passionate and committed DTC Ecom Media Buyer with SaaS experience & creative strategist - EN speaking for Pressmaster.ai for our new start-up Pressmaster.ai, as part of the Creator Group.

Pressmaster.ai helps business owners and agencies turn expertise into engaging content across multiple platforms. Through a simple 5-minute AI interview, the platform creates weeks of authentic articles, social posts, and press releases that maintain their unique voice and industry authority. 

Key features include trend alerts from 500k+ daily sources, automated content distribution to social media and blogs, custom blog creation, detailed analytics, and white-label solutions for agencies. As a Media Buyer with deep DTC ecommerce and SaaS experience — and a strong creative strategist mindset — you'll be responsible for launching and optimizing high-performing campaigns that blend data-driven precision with compelling, conversion-focused creative. You’ll play a critical role in scaling Pressmaster.ai by maximizing reach, improving budget efficiency, and consistently uncovering new growth opportunities across paid channels. Ideal candidates are equal parts performance marketer and creative thinker — obsessed with testing new angles, tracking key metrics, and staying ahead of platform trends to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan, launch, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.

  • Manage full-funnel paid strategies for both DTC ecommerce and SaaS products, optimizing for purchases, leads, trials, and demos.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking to inform targeting and messaging.

  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, make real-time optimizations, and apply strategic adjustments based on data insights.

  • Develop data-backed creative strategies aligned with audience insights, platform behavior, and business goals.

  • Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, UGC creators, and copywriters to produce high-converting ad creatives.

  • Lead creative testing initiatives (A/B, multivariate) for hooks, angles, offers, visuals, and messaging.

  • Ideate and guide the development of native, scroll-stopping assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, platform-native dashboards, and attribution software to analyze and report on performance.

  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC, CTR, thumbstop %, CPL, LTV) to inform campaign direction and budget reallocation.

  • Identify underperforming areas and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROI and scale efforts.

  • Generate and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic next steps.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

  • Share audience learnings and performance insights to inform product positioning, landing page direction, and funnel improvements.

  • Stay current on industry trends, ad platform updates, and new media formats to ensure the brand remains on the cutting edge.

Job requirements

You’d be a great fit if you…:

  • Have 5+ years running paid media for DTC and/or SaaS brands

  • Proven track record of managing a media budget of at least €50,000 - €100,000 per month.

  • Can speak ROAS and CAC in your sleep, and know when to scale or pivot

  • Think like a creative strategist — not just a spreadsheet optimizer

  • Follow trends on TikTok, Meta Ad Library, or X like it’s your job (because it is)

  • Get that creative + offer + angle >>> targeting every time

  • Deep knowledge of media strategies and tactics.

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex campaign data.

  • Experience using and integrating various analytics tools.

  • In-depth understanding of different media channels and their specific advantages and disadvantages.

  • Ability to strategically select and optimize advertising channels.

  • Experience in creative design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to present complex topics to senior management and clients.

  • Experience in leading and managing complex projects.

  • Strong coordination skills for tasks and resources within a team.

  • Ability to introduce and implement new technologies.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Ideally within CET timezone +/- 2h
